In Home Services:
· Certified CNA's and PCA's
· Registered Nurse on call 24 hours a day
· Resident Specific Care Plans
· Help with Daily Living (ADLS) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, exercises etc.
· Medication Management, Reminders, and Storage
· Incontinence Management
· Three Home Cooked Meals daily with two healthy snacks, (dietary needs provided)
· Daily Housekeeping
· Transportation to and from medical appointments
· Companionship
· Internet, Phone, and Cable TV
